Welcome to Hay-Yo-Kay Hot Springs, located in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, USA.
We are located approximately midway between Albuquerque, New Mexico and El Paso,
Texas, on US Interstate 25.
Hay-Yo-Kay Hot Springs, originally known as Hot Springs Bath House, was
constructed in 1920 and has been in the Kortemeier family since the early
1970's. We are in the process of renovating and re-opening the "Yucca
Baths" featuring the largest pools in town. We are the oldest,
continuously operating bath house in town.
Our facility features six (6) private pools of hot mineral water, each fed by
its own artesian spring. Water temperatures range from @98 degrees F to
108 degrees F (104 degrees F = 40 degrees C). Our mineral water is some of the
most heavily mineralized water in the United States at approximately 2541 parts
per million of total dissolved solids.
We have seasonal hours but are usually open from 10:00 am
to 7:00 pm Wednesday through Friday and Noon to 7:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. We
are closed Monday and Tuesday as well as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
Day. Guests staying with us continue to have access during their stay even over
holidays, etc.
